bdrmmy operates maximum deposit limits per account, which may vary based on your account verification status and payment method. You may also set your own personal deposit limits at any time via your account settings as part of the platform's responsible gaming tools.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your bdrmmy account are from legitimate sources and are legally owned by you. bdrmmy reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification. bdrmmy will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not satisfied identity verification requirements.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on your account. bdrmmy does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request being approved. During periods of high transaction volume or following a request for additional documentation, processing times may be longer. bdrmmy will communicate any delays via the contact details on your account.
Where a withdrawal request includes funds derived from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before those funds become withdrawable. Withdrawal of real-money funds that have not been subject to any wagering requirements is not affected by outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

A bet may be declared void by bdrmmy in the event of: manifest pricing errors, event cancellation, abandonment without a result being declared, or where bdrmmy determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Void bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake value.
bdrmmy applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by game and market type and are displayed in the relevant game or market information. bdrmmy reserves the right to limit payouts in excess of these maximums at its sole discretion.

bdrmmy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. This limitation applies regardless of whether bdrmmy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bdrmmy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside bdrmmy's reasonable control (including internet service provider outages, mobile network disruptions, or force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability of the platform. bdrmmy accepts no liability for losses incurred during such periods of unavailability.

In the event of account closure by bdrmmy due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bdrmmy reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending the outcome of any investigation, and to forfeit such funds where a material breach is established.
bdrmmy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdrmmy will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the bdrmmy platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13 above.
